Servola Frazier is a Senior Consultant at URBANDER more than 21 years as a business consultant, coach, trainer, author, and keynote speaker leading in-person and virtual events focusing on areas such as Women in Business, Communication, Leadership, Cultural Engagement, and Performance. As the CEO of Motivate Enterprises, Motivate Training Solutions, Chief Creator of Motivate Positive Products, Founder of the Success Center, and graduate of the Goldman Sachs One Million Black Women: Black in Business, she serves on numerous non-profit boards and is passionate about building strong communities by building thriving small businesses.

Servola is an energetic individual with an affinity for creating a safe place for clients to grow actively. Servola has worked with professionals across all industries and professional levels. She has many years of experience working for the federal government and the private sector for the Department of Defense, Northrop Grumman. Her varying degrees in Business and Executive Leadership enable her to understand business excellence.

Servola enjoys writing and creating videos in her spare time to inspire others to find their purpose and fulfill their dreams. Servola lives in Orlando, FL, with her husband, retired USAF Colonel George Frazier.
